Hot Desk / Shared Spaces (for individuals) 90

Meeting or Team Spaces rate per person (capacity of room booked, minimum 4 people) 100
  • Per hour rates per month decrease the longer you use the facilities

  • Monthly Hybrid Office Team Member fee: Rs.500/- per month per team member.

  • One Time Corporate Membership Fee: Rs.3,000/-

  • Refundable Deposit: Rs.10,000/- per team member.

  • (Top up the Deposit if the Outstanding for the Corporate during the month is less than 75% of deposit.)

Hybrid office solutions are inclusive of:

  • Individual membership IDs and cards. Also booking app (under development).

  • Basic Internet.

  • Valet Parking in locations where parking is difficult. (charges for parking are additional if any).

  • 24/7 Access. Beyond Regular Office hours minimal services and inform 2 hours in advance.

Workspace AddOns (Rates in the detailed Tariff):

  • High Speed Internet by the hour or by the month.

  • Address for Company Registration.

  • Address for Communication and Mail Handling.

  • Dedicated Telephone numbers with answering service.

Dedicated Spaces for Focused Work:

  • Add on dedicated space for Individuals and Teams who need office space on a regular basis.

  • Rates will depend on the size of the workspace, duration and customization requirement.

  • Set up a main Hub office and use other branches as satellite offices so your team can work close to home on a pay per use basis.

  • Hub offices can be set up with customised corporate branding and furnishing.

Work Space Monthly Packages:

  • For team members who do not like hourly usage rates. Monthly packages can be provided for a maximum of a set number of hours each or unlimited usage. Avail this facility at any time.

Pantry Services:

  • Charged as per the tariff.

  • If food is ordered from outside. Option to pay directly to the vendor and pay for the office assistance or 25% service charge if paid through Golden Square.

  • Packages for snacks and food.

Work Space Monthly Packages:
