Supporting our customers so that they can have a smoother journey to business success is our passion at Golden Square. This is what makes Golden Square so very special, it is a lot more than four walls.
For instance on one New Year’s eve night when the world was partying, Golden Square team was busy serving a customer who had some urgent reports to send to his head office. The customer had his team with him from across the country, and 31st Dec. was a busy day for them. Golden Square staff in the background did quite a few things to ensure that there were no last minute hick-ups and our customers were able to welcome the new year with joy.
Golden Square team did the following:-
- We ensured that our customer’s computer systems were working fine so that no last minute disruptions happened.
- We ensured that all our customers printers had ink to avoid last minute out of stock situations.
- Supplied food round the clock, since our customers were too busy to go out for food.
- Did errand works, like fill their cars with petrol. Customers trust us so much that they gave us their credit card for this work.
- Once the reports were ready, at 8PM at night, we took the reports to the couriers central office to be dispatched on time.
Finally at 12 Midnight, we got some cake, so our customers could celebrate the dawn of the New Year, having successfully completed the previous one.
Yes small things do matter and at Golden Square they are taken care since we are- “The Wind Beneath your Wings.”
